Where we are

The El Rio Apartments are located in La Peral, a small village with a population of around 250 people, which is famous for its Asturian blue cheese. La Peral is part of the parish district of Illas.

Guests love them for their impressive mountainous setting, which is typical of Asturias, for their proximity to the Avilés-Gijón-Oviedo triangle — with the airport less than a twenty-minute drive away — and for their views of Monte La Reigada and the nearby Sierra de Bufarán. La Peral’s natural beauty and proximity to the stunning sandy beaches and culinary delights of the central Asturian coastline of the Cantabrian Sea make it the perfect place to explore the diverse beauty of Asturias and its surroundings.

The House

You can rent the house(s) only as a whole and not by room(s). Each house accommodates up to 6 guests (3 double bedrooms). You can rent the houses separately (1 to 6 people) or together (7 to 12 people), always subject to availability.

The main building is divided into two independent houses (each one approximately 100 m²) with the same layout and spacious rooms (each house comes with four single beds and one double bed):

Ground floor with modern and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine (one house has an open-plan kitchen), living room with table/sofa/TV, and bathroom
The first floor has two double bedrooms and one separate bathroom that they share
Loft with one double room and ensuite bathroom
